Tribal Gathering of the Tongue Tasters
Over the years, The Substation has played host to many of Singapore’s most well-known bands, giving a space for local music to play and be heard. This two day music event will see the stalwarts of Singapore music such as Typewriter, The Oddfellows, and Plain Sunset perform alongside more recent stars like Space Days and TAJ. Whether you heard them in the garden or in the theatre, we’ve got a line up that will give you a chance to relive old memories and discover new bands.

100 + 50
The 100 Bands Festival is back for the second year running. Curated by THE RSC and its affiliates, in collaboration with People's Association's + - an Aljunied Cluster Arts, Day time Play & Night time FUN. The massive music community festival will showcase 100 local bands, and we are taking it to the next level with the addition of 50 electronic and DJ acts! 100 Bands Festival will take place over a course of 3 weekends and 9 beautiful days between 31 July 2015 and 16 August 2015. This 100+50 festival is designed to celebrate and expose the rapidly growing local music community in Singapore.
We are reaching out to the grassroots to showcase quality driven local music that features original local music of a myriad genres, from rock to indie, electronic, and even some soul, there will be musical gems for everyone to discover.
There will also be booths and distros set up which will showcase the works of local designers and bands' merchandise.
